Yes. The rarity of the burnt weapon determines which burn pool the value goes to, and for the case of LB determines the number of burn points to add.
LB, 4B, and 5B have a maximum limit independent of one another, and each point increase in each respective pool contributes to the weapon's total Bonus Power.
Refer to the following table for the maximum amount of burn points and the bonus power per point received.
Burnt Weapon Rarity |
Pool |
Maximum Pool Value |
Bonus Power Per Point |
Maximum Bonus Power |
1-star, 2-star, 3-star |
LB |

4-star |
4B |
25 |
30 |
750 |
5-star |
5B |

650 |
This means that a fully reforged weapon can have a maximum of 2850 bonus power.
Lastly, when using an already reforged weapon as a burn weapon, half of the burn weapon's LB, 4B, and 5B gets carried over to the new weapon. In the case of decimals due to dividing an odd numbered LB, 4B, and 5B, the number is rounded down to zero.
